1. Our commitment

We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people using assistive technologies. The site is built with WCAG 2.1 AA as its target standard.

2. Measures in place

  • Semantic HTML with logical heading hierarchy and landmarks
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, and disclosures with visible focus states
  • A skip-to-content link on every page
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and empty alternatives for decorative images
  • Strong colour contrast on text and interactive elements
  • Reduced-motion support for non-essential animation
  • Forms with visible labels, associated error messages, and status announcements
  • Responsive layouts that support zoom and small screens

3. Known limitations

The consultation and contact forms currently demonstrate client-side validation but are not connected to a production form service. If any content is difficult to access, we want to know.

4. Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email [email protected]. We aim to respond within two business days and address verified issues promptly.
